We are pleased to announce that Melissa McDermott (she/her) has joined WIT as our new Prevention Education and Outreach Director.

She has a track record of increasing social and organizational impact by driving trauma-informed and evidence-based practices through conducting program evaluation and development.

"I am excited to be a part of the WIT team and to be part of the Prevention and Education effort for Intimate Partner Violence in the city of Philadelphia," said Melissa.
