
Volunteer Receptionist
The Receptionist has primary responsibility for identifying and greeting visitors and directing them to the proper staff person. Primary duties will include assisting telephone callers, notifying staff of package deliveries, confirming/cancelling appointments and performing administrative duties such as: shredding, filing, and light typing as needed.
This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, prior office experience, understanding of feminist issues, ability to foster and maintain a spirit of unity and teamwork, and a capacity to work with a diverse group of individuals.
Currently WIT is looking for a Volunteer Receptionist 2-3 days per week sometime between: Monday-Thursday 10am-3pm. We are looking for someone to start immediately. This position requires an interview and orientation. Please click here to download our General Volunteer Application Form (PDF).
