Last year, Women In Transition asked donors to send in gift cards for use at stores their adopted families chose, empowering women to shop for their families themselves. Please click on this Information Letter which describes the program guidelines in more detail. If you would like to participate in the Adopt-a-Family Program this season, please read, sign, and mail or fax a copy of this Donor Agreement back to us no later than December 1, 2011. After receiving your signed agreement, we will send information about your adopted family, including first names, preferred stores and supermarkets. Donations must be received by December 12, 2011.
