Last year, Women In Transition asked donors to send gift cards in increments of $25.00 to stores their adopted families chose, empowering women to shop for their families themselves. Please click on the Donor Agreement to participate, which describes the program guidelines in more detail. If you would like to participate in the Adopt-a-Family Program this season, please read, sign, and mail or fax a copy of the agreement back to us.Please acknowledge your participation and submit no later than December 1. After receiving your signed agreement, we will send information about your adopted family, including first names, preferred stores and supermarkets. Donations must be received by December 11.
