We encourage the person seeking services to call and schedule their appointment. We cannot make an appointment with a third party on someone else’s behalf.
Everyone is welcome to call the LifeLine for telephone counseling, safety planning, and information about community resources for domestic violence and substance abuse. Our in-person services of empowerment counseling, peer support groups, and client advocacy are available for individuals who experience domestic violence and/or substance abuse.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are centrally located in Center City Philadelphia near Jefferson Station on Septa Regional Rail; 8th Street Station on the Market-Frankford Line; 8th Street Station on the Broad-Ridge Spur Line; Bus Routes 17, 33, 44, 47, 48, 61, and NJ Transit; and 8th & Market St. Station on PATCO.
